Job summary

CooperSurgical is a leading fertility and women's healthcare company within CooperCompanies (Nasdaq: COO). We seek a field sales professional in the United States to drive product adoption in hospitals and surgical settings, coordinating with surgeons, OR managers, and nursing staff.

You will build relationships, meet sales targets, and maintain compliance with health regulations. The role includes training, reporting, and occasional travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• 1-3 years of documented and verifiable sales experience, preferably within the hospital/OR environment.
• Documented ability to grow sales in previous sales positions.
• Satisfactory and positive responses from business and personal references.
• Must have a valid drivers license

Responsibilities

• Make sales calls to surgeons of various specialties, OR management, and nursing/admin staff.
• Explain to professionals the benefits of CooperSurgical products in their practice.
• Compile weekly and monthly sales and activity reports for Regional Manager.
• Plan and execute sales plans to achieve territory goals and objectives.
• Complete product training and pass examinations to demonstrate competency.
• Maintain up-to-date training certifications for OR protocol, bloodborne pathogens, and HIPAA.
• Travel within territory as needed and work independently.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
