Getinge is seeking an experienced outside medical device sales professional to drive growth across the US transplant ecosystem. You will engage surgeons, directors, and coordinators, differentiating products through clinical data and in-services while managing field inventory and CRM follow-up.

Travel up to 60% is expected, including domestic and international trips, with availability after-hours for critical cases. A proven record in disposables and physician preference items is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years disposables medical device sales experience, transplant, and physician preference items preferred.
• Extensive field sales experience in outside sales with remote US coverage.
• Strong ability to develop and sustain executive-level relationships across clinical and administrative stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Develop and leverage relationships with multiple stakeholders across the transplant ecosystem, including Surgeons, Medical Directors, Fellows, Administrators, Coordinators, Buyers and OPOs.
• Differentiate Paragonix products by discussing clinical data, conducting in-services and training, attending conferences, and supporting cases.
• Maintain and track field inventory and facilitate efficient customer inventory management.
• Comply with corporate policies and administrative duties, including CRM usage and timely lead follow-up.

Call points will include but are not limited to adult and pediatric transplant surgeons, medical directors, medical transplant physicians, fellows, transplant administration, C-suite and OPOs.

Develop and leverage relationships with multiple stakeholders across the transplanteco-system, including but not limited to: Surgeons, Medical Directors, Fellows, Administrators, Coordinators, Buyers and OPOs.

DifferentiateParagonixproducts by discussing clinical data; conducting in-services& training; attending local, regional, and national conferences, and supporting cases on a regular basis.

Maintain and track field inventory andfacilitateefficient customer inventory

Comply withall corporate policies, standards of conduct andmaintainall administrative functions such as expense reports,utilizationof CRM, lead follow-upin accordance withcorporate directivesin a timely manner.

This role is an outside sales remote (US) position with expectations of regular in-personcustomer

Must be willing to travel domestically and/or internationally, including overnight and air travel, up to 60% of the time.

Must be willing to be available after-hours and, at times, formallyon-callrelated to the nature of conducting business in the 24-7 transplant space.
