Job summary

BD is seeking a Territory Manager to manage a defined geographic area and drive sales of BD Peripheral Intervention products. The role involves selling to current and new accounts, and providing in-service demonstrations to customers.

You will analyze market data, inform leadership of changes, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements while maintaining BD's standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Management or related area (Preferred) or 4 or more years of outside sales experience.
• Two to three years outside sales experience or equivalency.
• Product knowledge and all features and benefits of BD Peripheral Intervention products.
• Surgical procedure knowledge, adequate to illustrate our product benefits.
• Thorough understanding of needs/analysis selling.
• Understands contract administration.

• Completes and processes BD Peripheral Intervention reports including but not limited to: sales summary reports, expense reports, monthly product tracking reports, account targeting reports, and complaint reports in accordance with established procedures and policies.
