Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) is hiring a Territory Manager for Detroit, MI to drive sales of the Peripheral Intervention portfolio. You will cover a defined geographic area, grow current accounts, and introduce BD products while coordinating with field teams.

The role emphasizes in-person customer engagement, product training, and timely reporting. BD highlights an on-site collaboration culture with a focus on healthcare solutions and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Management or related area (Preferred) or 4+ years outside sales experience.
• Two to three years outside sales experience or equivalency.
• Product knowledge and all features and benefits of BD Peripheral Intervention products.
• Surgical procedure knowledge sufficient to illustrate product benefits.
• Thorough understanding of needs/analysis selling.
• Understands contract administration.

Territory Manager - Detroit, MI

Responsibilities:

• Represent BD Peripheral Intervention in a specific geographical area assigned by the company, and take necessary action to attain sales objectives.

• Sells the entire product line to current and new accounts.

• Informs customers of new and current pricing, backorders, and company policies.

• Executes comprehensive in-service of products to all concerned individuals.

• Informs District Manager of significant market changes and competitive activity.

• Analyzes customer needs and creates solutions.

• Completes and processes BD Peripheral Intervention reports including but not limited to: sales summary reports, expense reports, monthly product tracking reports, account targeting reports, and complaint reports in accordance with established procedures and policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Management or related area (Preferred) or 4 or more years of outside sales experience.
