Job summary

Nabi Health is seeking a Territory Manager to expand access to care by growing our provider referral network. Working in the field with a home base, you will educate practices about Nabi’s services and support them through the referral process.

You will conduct in-person visits, lunch-and-learns, and practice visits, building trusted partnerships and driving a steady stream of patient referrals. This role requires independent work in a startup environment and exceptional relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and on-board new provider referrals to Nabi Health.
• Perform in-person visits, drop-ins, and educational sessions with practices.
• Grow and maintain provider relationships to sustain referrals.
• Explain Nabi’s care model and streamline the referral process for partners.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth provider experiences.
• Manage territory from a home base with regular field visits and events.

As a Territory Manager at Nabi, you'll be responsible for expanding access to care by growing our referral network. This is a provider-facing, field-based role where your primary goal is to generate patient referrals by building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers. You'll be out in your territory meeting practices in person—educating them about Nabi's services and supporting them through the referral process.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and identify new providers, building trust and turning them into long-term referral partners
• Conduct in-person drop-ins, lunch-and-learns, and practice visits to share how Nabi supports patients
• Grow and nurture relationships with existing providers to drive a steady stream of patient referrals
• Demonstrate the value of Nabi’s model and streamline the referral process
• Collaborate closely with clinical and operations team members to ensure providers and patients have a smooth experience
• Manage your territory from a home base while making regular in-person provider visits, attending local events, and representing Nabi in the field

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable operating independently in a field-based, startup environment
• Strong communicator who can build trust and credibility with healthcare providers
• Relationship-driven, with a consultative approach to outreach and partnership development
• Organized and self-directed, able to manage a pipeline and follow through without heavy oversight
  

Bonus (Preferred)

• Familiarity with eating disorders, disordered eating, or weight-inclusive care
• Demonstrated track record of converting clinical relationships into patient referrals
