Job summary

Orthofix is seeking a Territory Manager based in Louisville, KY, servicing Evansville, IN to promote and support bone growth therapy devices, working with physicians, patients and authorized distributors to grow sales in the territory. The role requires 1–3 years of sales experience, medical experience calling on physician offices or hospitals, and the ability to present to individuals and groups.

A bachelor’s degree is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required for travel.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience.
• Experience calling on physician offices and hospitals is a plus.
• Demonstrated success selling in managed care or payer environments is a plus.
• Ability to articulate clearly and present to individuals and groups.
• Ability to advise management on policy and procedure issues.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and distribute Orthofix products to achieve sales results.
• Provide direct, personal service to physicians, patients and payers.
• Educate and support hospital accounts and attend meetings as needed.
• Develop new target accounts and maintain existing ones in the territory.
• Train medical personnel and patients in proper use of Orthofix products.
• Prepare reports and execute programs at direction of leadership.
• Provide service and problem solving to customers in a timely fashion.
• Handle paperwork to complete sales orders and medical necessity letters.
