Job summary

Convatec is seeking a dynamic field-based sales professional to drive the commercial success of its Advanced Wound Care portfolio within a defined United States territory. You will collaborate with Hospitals, WOCNs, and physician offices to expand accounts and hit ambitious targets.

You will demonstrate clinical understanding of wound care dressings, build territory strategy, and deliver compelling presentations in person and virtually while traveling up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or Medical Sales in a complex selling environment.
• Experience selling in Acute facilities or in a matrix environment is preferred.
• Documented history of sales success with rankings or awards.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the portfolio of Chronic products.
• Understand competitive landscape to achieve sales quotas and profitability.
• Develop new target accounts and expand sales with current accounts.
• Develop and maintain territory business plans and analyze territory performance.
• Identify, prioritize, close opportunities, and drive adoption of products.
