Job summary

Convatec is seeking a Regional Sales professional to drive the commercial success of its Advanced Wound Care surgical portfolio across a defined geography in the United States. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will promote products, manage accounts, and develop territory strategies by analyzing performance and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in B2B or medical sales in a complex selling environment.
• Track record of sales success in competitive markets.
• Experience selling in Operating Room (OR) or surgical environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell portfolio of surgical products and understand competitive landscape to achieve sales results.
• Develop new target accounts and increase sales of current accounts.
• Develop and maintain action plans by analyzing territory performance and sales reports to meet annual goals.
• Build and maintain relations with Hospitals, ORs, clinics, and care providers, and articulate evidence-based value proposition.
