Territory Manager Role

IMT Insurance is hiring a Territory Manager to work remotely, responsible for the Northwest Iowa territory. You will be part of our Marketing & Sales team, focusing on district results and promoting our insurance products, including bonds. A Day in the Life

• Promote insurance products through agent training and education.
• Plan and meet district goals.
• Set goals with agencies and monitor progress.
• Review agency profitability and risk acceptance.
• Handle disciplinary issues and resolve agency concerns.
• Assist with re-underwriting, loss control, and collections.
• Provide weekly reports to the manager.
• Prospect for new agency appointments.
• Visit agencies regularly and support promotional activities.
• Participate in training and field support.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage workflow and prioritize responsibilities.
• Proficiency with office computer systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license for field work.
• Technical expertise and knowledge of current trends.
• Teamwork skills.
• Property & Casualty license is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2-4 years relevant experience.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary range: $71,000 - $92,000, depending on experience. Includes remote work, health insurance, 401K, PTO, profit sharing, and more. Not eligible for tips or commissions but may qualify for bonuses.
