Job description

This Territory Manager position focuses on both field sales and technical/administrative duties. On the sales side, the role centers on in-person customer visits, building relationships with engineering, purchasing, and management contacts, and managing the full sales cycle—identifying and developing key and territory accounts, responding to leads, drafting quotes and customer communications, running product demos and lunch-and-learns, and working with customer service to keep orders moving.

The remaining duties are administrative and organizational: attending sales meetings, maintaining a professional dress code, coordinating joint calls with principals' reps (with advance planning forms), and requesting special stock as needed. A significant portion is devoted to ISO 9001 quality management responsibilities—supporting continual improvement, ensuring customer focus, and demonstrating leadership commitment across a list of specific QMS obligations.

Compensation and Benefits:

This is a full commission-based role with unlimited earning potential and uncapped commissions. A base salary compensation plan, up to $150,000 depending on experience, is initially provided until commissions exceed that level. For someone who knows how to grow relationships, expand accounts, and develop new business, there is meaningful upside beyond $250,000 annually. An already established book of business accelerates your earnings growth.

We are proud to be a 100% Employee-Owned company. Employees gain ownership automatically through the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The ESOP is an investment plan completely funded by the company and its success. As the Company creates value, your shares become even more valuable!

Other benefits include a 401(k) company-match, generous paid-time-off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, HSA/FSA plans, paid parental leave, and many professional growth opportunities! Our comprehensive benefits package is designed to promote your health and wellness, provide financial security, encourage career growth, and give you peace of mind - today and in the future!
