Solenis LLC is seeking a remote outside sales professional to manage an assigned territory in the United States, focusing on acquiring new customers and expanding profitable sales. You will build and nurture customer relationships and participate in ongoing product training to deepen market knowledge.

Because this position is a sales role, the total first year compensation can vary between $55,000-$80,000 based on performance. The base salary range for this position is $55,000-$55,000 (excluding bonus earnings) which represents the low and high end of Solenis salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to: experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is only one component of Solenis total rewards package for associates. Please note that this range does not include commissions which for some associates is a substantial part of their overall compensation and there is no maximum for commissions.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $1.00 and $550,000,000.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
