Now, we’re looking for a Territory Manager who’s ready to turn innovation into action.

Your Mission

As a Territory Manager, you’re not just a salesperson—you’re a trusted advisor, a technology evangelist, and the go-to force for helping top-tier surgeons transform how they operate.

Covering the Eastern U.S., you’ll be both a hunter and a farmer—prospecting into large health systems and surgical practices while expanding relationships within existing accounts. You’ll introduce leading-edge neurosurgeons, ENTs, and CMF surgeons to a future where 3D visualization isn’t just cool—it’s clinical. You’ll conduct hands-on demos, lead pilots, capture impact metrics, and convert surgical curiosity into SaaS deals.

This role is tailor-made for someone who understands both the high-stakes world of surgery and the strategic rhythm of B2B SaaS sales.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Identify and open doors at high-potential health systems, VA/DoD centers, academic institutions, and private practices.
  • Zero in on Brain & Spine Neurosurgeons, ENT, and CMF surgeons.
  • Lead pilot programs and collect hard-hitting data: satisfaction scores, workflow improvements, and outmigration reduction.
  • Turn pilot insights into fully licensed sales—and move accounts toward our Clinic of the Future vision.
  • Deepen and expand relationships in current accounts by exploring new departments and use cases.
  • Leverage data and past success to upsell licenses and broader screen-based solutions.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify evolving clinical goals.
  • Travel extensively across the East Coast—wherever the next opportunity lives.
  • Attend key industry conferences and clinical meetings to generate buzz and build pipeline.
  • Manage your pipeline, forecast accurately, and hit your quarterly goals—every time.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years in MedTech, medical device, or SaaS sales, with a proven quota-crushing record.
  • Deep familiarity with health systems, VA/DoD institutions, and integrated networks like Kaiser Permanente.
  • Experience selling to or working alongside surgeons—especially in neurosurgery, ENT, or craniomaxillofacial.
  • Strategic thinker with the grit of a field rep—someone who builds pipeline and relationships.
  • Proficient with Hubspot or other CRMs and comfortable with digital tools.
  • Willing to travel up to 50–75%—overnights included.
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Experience with surgical workflows or 3D visualization tools.
  • An existing network of surgeons or administrators in the Eastern U.S.
  • SaaS sales experience in clinical environments.
