Job summary

OneCoast is seeking a Territory Manager to represent a multi-vendor line package across New Jersey and the Hudson River Valley for independent retailers. This road-sales role requires daily local travel, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work from a home office with a laptop or tablet.

You’ll join a team that supports growth with onboarding, state-of-the-art training, and a compensation plan that moves toward 100% commission, along with benefits and expense allowances.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of outside sales or retail sales experience.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• The ability to travel daily within the territory; road-sales role.

Responsibilities

• Represent multiple vendor lines to independent retailers in NJ & Hudson River Valley.
• Travel within territory to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Attend national trade shows as determined by management.

OneCoast has an exciting Territory Manager position available representing a multi-vendor line package that includes- CAREN, Katie Loxton + A Littles & Co., Mary Meyer, Mary Square, Michelle McDowell, Too Good Gourmet, Uyuni, Woodstock Chimes and the Grace Direct fragrance brands of Votivo, Bridgewater, Greenleaf, & Fresh Scents- to independent retailers in a territory for New Jersey & the Hudson River Valley Region that includes Atlantic City, Trenton, Newark, Bergen County, NJ & Westchester County, NY.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A valid driver's license is required to perform this job
• The ability to travel on a daily basis within their specific territory: this is a road-sales position
• 2-3 years of outside sales, or retail sales experience
• Intermediate computer skills including experience with Excel, Word & Outlook
• A "home office" that includes a laptop computer and/or tablet
• The ability to attend the national trade show(s) as determined by OneCoast sales management
• The ability to lift ~20lbs
• Applicants must already reside within the geography of the territory

OneCoast offers an excellent compensation plan including:

• Base salary period, converts to a Draw period, then converts to 100% Commission

Training:

New OneCoast Territory Managers receive onboarding and new hire training through a state-of-the-art learning management system and are teamed up with a veteran peer who will mentor them for their first 90 days.
