Job summary

Fissco Supply in Dallas is seeking a Territory Manager – Multi-Family to drive outside sales in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. You will build relationships with HVAC customers, present Fissco solutions, and grow profitability across assigned accounts.

The ideal candidate has a degree in business or marketing, 1+ year outside sales experience, and strong communication skills. Spanish is a plus; a valid driver's license is required, with knowledge of HVAC products helpful.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred; HS diploma with experience considered.
• Knowledge of HVAC products and equipment.
• Demonstrate sales success by offering solutions and adding value.
• 1+ year of outside sales experience.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in Spanish is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales calls with assigned accounts to maintain strong partnerships.
• Consult with customers to offer HVAC solutions.
• Drive business development by identifying and closing new opportunities in the territory.
• Meet or surpass annual sales goals.
• Utilize BI software to monitor and evaluate accounts.
• Deliver superior customer service and solutions by resolving issues quickly.
• Collaborate with the local branch and support office to ensure seamless operations.

As such, we have an immediate opening for a Territory Manager – Multi-Family to work in the Fort Worth market.
As an Outside Sales Representative for Fissco Supply, you will be responsible for increasing the sales of HVAC parts and equipment with designated key customers in the multi-family segment. This will be accomplished through the development of business relationships and positioning the Fissco Supply solution as a strategic advantage for the customer.

• 1+ year of relevant experience in an outside sales role
• Exceptional communication, planning, and organizational skills
• Fluency in Spanish is desired
