Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; college degree preferred or 1+ year of management experience.
• CDL Class B License or higher preferred; must maintain valid state license.
• PODS forklift certification required for material handling.
• DOT medical card preferred; ongoing compliance with safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, train, identify and retain top talent.
• Provide daily coaching and hands-on/ride-along training for associates.
• Support PODS culture by upholding Integrity, Delighting Customers, Engagement, Accountability, Teamwork.
• Administer PODS performance management process and report issues to Territory Manager/HR.
• Communicate goals, results and improvement opportunities to the team; conduct daily pre-shift meetings.
• Ensure DOT/OSHA compliance and maintenance programs for storage centers and driver equipment.
