Job summary

Radius Health is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales within a defined geography, build relationships with hospitals, endocrinologists and rheumatologists, and promote on-label use of therapies with strong clinical dialogue.

You will analyze market data, adapt plans to local ecosystems, and collaborate across teams to maximize patient access and formulary opportunities while meeting quarterly KPIs and budget targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years of sales experience in orthopedics, injectable pharmaceuticals, biologics, buy and bill or medical devices preferred.
• Experience calling on hospitals, endocrinologists and rheumatologists preferred.
• Ability to develop customer relationships in a science/healthcare setting.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record; some overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive outstanding sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts.
• Use assigned budgets to drive therapeutic and territory expectations in a compliant manner.
• Maintain current understanding of local market, practice structures, and key influencers.
• Share information with Radius stakeholders and work with customers to identify opportunities.
• Input into resource allocation decisions across customers; select programs/resources as appropriate.
• Regularly use analytics to evaluate business and determine how to meet sales objectives.
• Develop a local business plan to achieve KPI goals and leverage formulary opportunities.
• Coordinate selling efforts with other Radius Health personnel.
• Provide timely administration of hours, sales call data, objectives, responses, samples, and expenses.
