Job summary

Casto Technical Services is seeking a motivated Territory Account Manager to develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while pursuing new business across Southern West Virginia and Southwest Virginia. The role focuses on HVAC preventive maintenance, service, repairs, BAS, equipment replacements, and mechanical installations.

Ideal candidates will collaborate with service, estimating, project management, and automation teams to deliver exceptional service and long-term value

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in mechanical, HVAC, facilities, or technical sales.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing customer relationships and managing sales territories.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned and prospective customers.
• Identify opportunities for HVAC service agreements, repairs, equipment replacements, building automation upgrades, and mechanical construction projects.
• Conduct regular customer visits to assess facility needs and identify capital improvement opportunities.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic account development.
• Prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations for customers.
• Present technical and financial solutions to facility managers, maintenance personnel, engineers, and executive leadership.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on quotations, leads, and ongoing projects to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and forecasting within company systems.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
• Stay current on HVAC technologies, building automation systems, and industry trends.

Education

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or a related field
