ScionHealth in Webster, TX seeks a field-based healthcare sales professional to identify and recruit referral sources for LTAC hospitals. You will manage referrals, admissions, and account relationships across your territory, traveling daily to hospital partners and decision-makers.

You will design and deliver educational meetings, educate patients and families on LTACH benefits, and collaborate with hospital teams to ensure compliant, high-quality patient transitions.

Competenze

• 2+ years healthcare sales or clinical healthcare experience (Required)
• Understanding of Medicare, Medicaid and LTACH payers (Required)
• Marketing initiative design and marketing planning experience (Required)
• Prior formal sales training (Preferred)

• Uses prospecting methods to generate leads and expand opportunities within accounts.
• Meets monthly goals for assigned hospitals and expands referral sources.
• Maintains current referral sources through relationship development.
• Manages admissions process as ambassador for eligible patients.

• Represents the organization professionally with accounts and decision-makers.
• Communicates with referrals, patients, and hospital teams to ensure compliant care.

Associate's Degree in marketing, healthcare administration, nursing, or related field
