Job summary

ScionHealth’s Kindred Hospital Dayton and Behavioral Health Unit seeks a proactive healthcare sales professional to expand our referral network and manage admissions within a defined territory. You will represent ScionHealth with accounts and coordinate education for referral sources on our LTACH and BHU services.

The role requires travel to accounts, building strong relationships, and maintaining professional standards while meeting monthly referral goals.

Qualifications

• Two years of healthcare sales or clinical healthcare experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, communication, healthcare administration, nursing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and expand referral sources within assigned territory.
• Manage the admissions process for referrals and admissions.
• Educate patients and families about ScionHealth hospital services and benefits.
• Maintain strong relationships with referral sources and accounts.
