Job summary

TalentBridge is partnering with a growing multi-location healthcare organization to hire a Territory Growth Specialist to drive referral growth, community engagement, and market development within an assigned territory in Louisiana. This is a field-based business development role focused on building connections, developing referral partnerships, and converting activity into new patient opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or business development within a healthcare context is favored.
• Ability to develop and manage a defined market or territory.
• Strong prospecting, networking and relationship-management skills.
• Comfort initiating conversations with referral partners and community organizations.
• Self-motivated, independent, capable of field-based work with travel.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Track activity and use data to adjust strategy.
• Strong written and verbal communication; coachable and collaborative.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the local territory; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan to increase referral activity and patient opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and referral partners.
• Identify and pursue new referral sources and business development opportunities.
• Conduct in-person outreach, meetings, and presentations with partners.
• Represent local practices at community events, health fairs, and sponsorships.
• Collaborate with doctors and practice leadership to convert referrals into consultations.
• Track outreach activity and referral-source performance; report to leadership.
• Utilize market data to identify growth opportunities and prioritize activity.
• Partner with marketing to execute local initiatives and strengthen brand presence.
• Maintain field presence and manage travel, appointments, events, and priorities.
