Job summary

Bioventus is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales and grow market share in the Chattanooga area. You will build product knowledge, manage accounts, and execute strategic plans to meet quotas while maintaining compliant, ethical engagement with clinicians and healthcare staff.

The role requires 3–5 years of medical sales experience, strong communication, and CRM proficiency. Travel and field-based duties are involved, with a focus on delivering value to patients through our therapies.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree.
• 3-5 years of proven sales experience (quota carrying).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills (CRM, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plan to achieve assigned sales quota.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge and sales processes for assigned products.
• Identify and navigate large opportunities within networks of clinics and physician practices.
• Educate healthcare providers on proper use of the product and conduct clinical in-services.
• Adhere to compliance protocols and company policies in all activities.
