Job summary

Bioventus LLC is seeking a Territory Manager II – Restorative Therapies to drive growth across assigned markets. You will consult with clinicians and patients, sharing clinical and technical information to support product adoption and sales targets.

The role requires 4-year degree and 3–5 years of sales experience in biotech or medical devices, with strong communication and CRM proficiency. Field activity and compliance are essential components of the daily routine.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plan to achieve sales quota.
• Maintain product knowledge and proven sales processes for assigned products.
• Identify and navigate large opportunities within IDN systems and physician networks.
• Conduct clinical in-service training adhering to compliance protocols.
• Educate providers on proper product use in clinic settings.
• Assist with tests, surveys, competitive research and market ideas.
• Ensure inventory, samples, and expenses are managed per policy.
• Maintain CRM entries and complete required training on time.

Territory Managers will operate within company policies and procedures and demonstrate a high degree of compliant and ethical behaviors.## Key Responsibilities:* Develop and execute territory business plan that results in achievement of assigned sales quota for assigned products.* Develop and maintain product knowledge, business acumen, and proven sales processes for assigned products.* Identify and navigate large business opportunities within integrated delivery network systems/network of large physician practices.* Conduct clinical in-service training programs with appropriate customers adherent to compliance protocols.* Educate healthcare providers and staffs in clinic setting on the proper use of the prescribed product.* Assist organization with projects to include but not limited to: test markets, market surveys, product idea evaluations, and competitive research.* Adhere to inventory and sample control processes which include but are not limited to compliance regulations, cost control measures, and field/sample inventory management* Stay current with company communications with technology, which includes but is not limited to email, voice mail, conference calls, and meetings.* Embrace corporate values with regards to process and administrative responsibilities which includes, but is not limited to:(a) Complete and accurate daily office visit entry through CRM,(b) timely submission & management of expenses,(c) Completion of all required training assignments on or before the defined deadlines.* Holds oneself and others accountable to conduct business in a manner compliant with Bioventus’ Code of Compliance and Ethics, policies and procedures and internal controls applicable to their role.* Other duties as assignedEducation and Experience (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)* 4 year college degree;* 3-5 years of proven sales experience (delivering against a quota) preferably in the biotech, life science, pharmaceutical, medical device or related industry – strong business-to-business selling experience.
