Job summary

Amcare Pro - Home Health, Palliative Care & Hospice in Texas is seeking a driven Area Development Manager / Sales Liaison to expand referral networks across Collin and Denton counties. You will cultivate relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and community partners to drive high-quality admissions.

This role combines healthcare sales with strategic outreach, requiring strong communication, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, and willingness to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in home health, healthcare marketing/sales (preferred).
• Strong understanding of Medicare and home health guidelines and referral processes.
• Established relationships in Collin/Denton area (highly preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral relationships within territory.
• Generate qualified home health admissions (Medicare/Episodic and Non-Episodic).
• Conduct daily field visits to physicians, hospitals, case managers, and community partners.
• Track and manage all activities through CRM (daily call logs required).
• Collaborate with clinical and intake teams to ensure smooth patient transitions.
• Meet and exceed monthly admission targets and performance goals.
• Represent the agency at networking events and community outreach initiatives.
