Amcare Pro Home Health, Palliative Care & Hospice in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a driven Home Health Marketer / Sales Liaison to expand our referral network in Fort Worth and surrounding communities.

You will develop relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs and community partners, generate admissions, and collaborate with clinical and intake teams to ensure smooth patient transitions while meeting monthly targets.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in home health or healthcare marketing/sales (preferred).
• Strong understanding of Medicare and home health guidelines & referral processes.
• Established relationships in Fort Worth area (highly preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build referral relationships within Fort Worth and surrounding areas.
• Generate qualified home health & hospice admissions (Medicare/Episodic and Non-Episodic).
• Conduct daily field visits to physicians, hospitals, case managers, and community partners.

Amcare Pro Home Health, Palliative Care & Hospice is a rapidly growing home health agency dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Home Health Marketer / Sales Liaison to expand our presence in the Fort Worth market and surrounding communities.

Position Summary

The Sales Liaison will be responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, and community partners. This role is ideal for a motivated, goal-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about healthcare sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong referral relationships within assigned territory (Fort Worth and surrounding areas)
• Generate qualified home health & hospice admissions (Medicare/Episodic and Non-Episodic)
• Conduct daily field visits to physicians, hospitals, case managers, and community partners
• Track and manage all activities through CRM (daily call logs required)

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in home health, hospice & healthcare marketing/sales (preferred)
