Deck Armor Inc. seeks a dynamic Tampa Bay sales professional to own market growth for our custom marine flooring. You will build relationships with boat owners, captains, marinas, dealers, and partners, turning conversations into revenue and long-term customers.

This is a ground-floor opportunity in a nationwide franchise expansion. You’ll run Deck Armor's proven 11-step sales process, manage the pipeline, and directly influence market direction while earning on-target commissions and a base pay.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in field sales and revenue growth.
• Ability to build and manage a territory.
• Comfort with travel and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Tampa Bay territory by developing relationships and converting conversations to revenue.
• Own the pipeline: respond to leads, follow up, quote boats, close deals, and collect deposits.
• Develop the boating community with owners, captains, marinas, dealers, and partners.
• Run our 11-step sales process from first interest to installation.
• Create customers who become advocates and drive retention.
• Own your numbers: monitor the pipeline and hit targets.
