Job summary

C.A. Fortune is seeking a part-time Grocery Merchandiser to manage a Richmond, VA territory. You will visit stores, perform merchandising duties, report via mobile apps, and ensure products are stocked and distributed effectively.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and travel within the assigned territory. You will work independently with clear directions, enjoy steady hours, and receive benefits including PTO, 401(k) matching, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions independently.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Previous retail, sales, or merchandising experience is a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Gain and maintain product distribution by establishing relationships with store teams.
• Retail tasks including ordering products and stocking shelves.
• Conduct audits in area grocery stores.
• Travel to and between store locations within the territory.
• Verify products are accurately represented on store shelves.
• Maintain safety and dress code in stores.
• Attend client kickoff video calls and team check-ins as required.
