Job summary

C.A. Fortune is seeking a part-time Grocery Merchandiser to cover Norfolk, VA area. You will manage store visits, stocking, reporting via mobile apps, and build distribution with store teams. Expected to lift up to 50 pounds, work 15-20 hours weekly, and report to the Merchandising team.

Compensation is $20 per hour, with benefits including PTO, sick days, 401k with company match, weekly pay, and a monthly phone stipend. Driving to stores and independent work are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to drive to stores in assigned territory and complete retail tasks & audits.

Responsibilities

• Gain and maintain product distribution by establishing strong relationships with store teams.
• Retail tasks include ordering products and stocking shelves.
• Conduct audits in area grocery stores.
• Travel between store locations within the designated territory.
• Verify products are accurately represented on store shelves and maintain safety.
