Job summary

C.A. Fortune is a national consumer-centric integrated commerce agency helping brands win at retail. We seek a part-time Grocery Merchandiser to manage a Santa Cruz, CA territory, perform store visits and reporting, and lift up to 50 pounds. This role offers $22 hourly compensation within a 25-hour weekly schedule.

You will drive distribution, merchandise shelves, and maintain product availability while coordinating with store teams. Strong communication and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and independence.
• Retail or merchandising experience is a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Manage territory through store visits, surveys, and reporting.
• Sell and merchandise products; gain and maintain distribution.
• Conduct audits in area grocery stores.
• Travel between stores within the designated territory.
• Ensure products are stocked and orders placed when needed.
• Report via mobile apps and communicate with store teams.
