Job summary

C.A. Fortune in Watsonville, CA is seeking a part-time Grocery Merchandiser to manage distribution, stock shelves, and report via mobile apps. The role requires physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, and independent work with strong communication.

You’ll work 25-30 hours weekly, earn $22-$23 per hour, and receive a monthly phone stipend, paid drive time, PTO and sick days, 401(k) with company match, and weekly pay. Training and route flexibility are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver License is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Gain and maintain product distribution by establishing strong relationships with store teams.
• Retail work will entail ordering products and stocking shelves from new orders.
• Conduct audits in area grocery stores.
• Travel to and between store locations within the designated territory.
• Verify that our clients' products are accurately represented on store shelves.
• Maintain a safe working environment while working in the stores.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress code and attendance guidelines.
