This full-time role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, driving within the territory, and working independently with strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Proof of automobile insurance.
• Reliable phone and internet service for daily communication.
• Ability to drive to stores within the assigned territory for tasks & audits.
• Strong communication and ability to follow directions independently.
• Previous retail, sales, or merchandising experience is a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Gain and maintain product distribution by establishing strong relationships with store teams.
• Retail tasks include ordering products and stocking shelves from new orders.
• Conduct audits in area grocery stores.
• Travel to and between store locations within the designated territory.
• Verify products are accurately represented on store shelves.
• Maintain a safe working environment in stores.
• Present a professional appearance and adhere to dress code.
• Stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift regularly; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with minimal supervision.
• Attend client kickoff video calls and team check-ins as required.
