Job summary

C.A. Fortune in Lexington, KY is seeking a Full Time Grocery Merchandiser to manage territory, perform store visits, and ensure shelves are stocked consistently. The role involves lifting up to 50 pounds, occasional travel, and frequent use of mobile apps for reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver license.
• Proof of automobile insurance.
• Reliable phone service and internet for daily communication.
• Ability to drive to stores within assigned territory to complete tasks and audits.
• Strong communication and ability to follow directions independently.
• Retail, sales, or merchandising experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gain and maintain product distribution by building relationships with store teams.
• Conduct audits in area grocery stores.
• Travel to and between store locations within the territory.
• Verify products are accurately represented on shelves.
• Maintain a safe working environment in stores.
• Attend client kickoff video calls and team check-ins as required.
