C.A. Fortune is a national consumer-centric integrated commerce agency focused on helping brands win at retail. The Grocery Merchandiser role covers a multi-town territory including Wellesley and Wayland, with field duties, store visits, reporting, and merchandising responsibilities.

You will manage relationships with store teams, perform audits, and ensure products are stocked and accurately represented. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proof of automobile insurance.
• Reliable phone and internet access for daily tasks.
• Ability to drive to stores in the assigned territory.
• Retail or merchandising experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gain and maintain product distribution by building strong relationships with store teams.
• Retail tasks include ordering products and stocking shelves from new orders.
• Conduct audits in area grocery stores.
• Travel to and between store locations within the territory.
• Verify that products are accurately represented on shelves.
• Maintain a safe working environment in stores.
• Adhere to dress code and attendance guidelines.
• Stand, walk, bend, squat and lift regularly; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with minimal supervision.
• Attend client kickoff video calls and team check-ins.
