Job summary

C.A. Fortune is seeking a Grocery Merchandiser to manage a defined territory, performing store visits, merchandising, reporting, and audits. You will lift up to 50 pounds, prioritize accurate stock levels, and use mobile apps for daily tasks. Territory includes Wellesley, Wayland, Needham, Newton, and surrounding areas.

The role is full-time with a 40-hour week and hourly compensation of $23–$24, based on experience. Independent work with strong communication and logistical skills is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable using mobile apps for reporting and communication.
• Must drive to stores within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Gain and maintain product distribution by building strong relationships with store teams.
• Stock and merchandise products, including shelving from new orders.
• Conduct audits in area grocery stores.
• Travel between store locations within the designated territory.
• Verify products are accurately represented on store shelves.
• Maintain a safe working environment in stores.
• Present a professional appearance and adhere to attendance guidelines.
• Stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift regularly throughout the day.
