Job summary

Sysco Northeast RDC in California seeks an experienced outside sales professional to promote products, build relationships with new and existing accounts, and help customers succeed while achieving company goals. Some non-traditional hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Sales and restaurant management experience preferred.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow profitable sales in assigned territory.
• Qualify prospects and manage customer accounts.
• Research customer needs and tailor product/service mixes.
• Monitor market trends and advise on products.
• Provide product information and training to customers.
• Drive to customer accounts and attend events.
• Coordinate deliveries and resolve order issues.
• Assist with sales budgets and reporting.
