Responsibilities
- Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence.
- Deliver strong customer service to store teams while reinforcing standards.
- Execute daily coverage and document execution with photos and notes.
- Implement promotional displays and ensure visibility of brand products.
- Follow schedules set by District Manager and regional leadership.
- Support seasonal transitions and new product launches.
- Build relationships with store personnel to enable smooth execution.
- Assist with onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
- Develop leadership skills for future advancement.
