Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Field Sales Representative for the Tampa, FL territory. You will build relationships with Store Managers and retail staff to drive wall‑to‑wall coverage, promotions, and core distribution.

Responsibilities include selling incremental display volume, coordinating with store‑level teams, ensuring price compliance, and reporting market insights. A high school diploma is required; travel up to 40% and a valid driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Admin, Marketing, Psychology or related field.
• 2+ years of retail sales, merchandising or retail management experience in CPG preferred, not required.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and excellent customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell incremental volume for displays and maximize support for promoted products.
• Lead promotional surveys for displays and drive additional product opportunities.
• Collaborate with store/ district personnel to prepare business reviews that drive volume.
• Ensure pricing guideline compliance and report competitive price changes.
• Identify voids, ensure new items are available, and merchandise to optimize shelf presence.
• Travel up to 40% and maintain relationships with territory personnel to maximize results.
