Job summary

Veridian Service Partners is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team in the Dallas area, driving revenue growth through in-home consultations and outdoor service solutions.

You will recruit, coach, and manage outside sales reps, set strategies, and collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and conversions, ensuring a top-tier customer experience and profitable territory expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience in a “one call close” model is required.
• Ability to travel ~10–25% as needed.
• Proven success in outside sales management and leading field teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycle from lead to close for key accounts.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of outside sales reps in the territory.
• Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to depth of product knowledge and closing.
• Join field activities to provide real-time coaching and ensure process compliance.
• Analyze performance data to set sales strategies and improvement plans.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead gen, territory mgmt, and conversions.
• Monitor CRM data accuracy and forecast activity for accountability.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure superior experience throughout the process.
• Coordinate with operations and installation teams for smooth handoffs.
