Job summary

Holt of California is seeking a sales professional to sell construction rental equipment and services in Stockton/Salida, CA. The role focuses on developing customer relationships, pursuing leads, and organizing territory to grow rental volume.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop business relationships with customers to generate rental volume.
• Pursue sales leads from advertising, job listings, references and other sources.
• Organize territory and account base for adequate sales coverage.
• Visit key office contacts within our territory twice per month.
• Cover jobsites including subcontractors and general contractors.
• Provide credit applications and promotional material to new customers.
• Coordinate with Sales Rental Coordinators for order accuracy.
