Russell Landscape in North Charleston, SC is seeking a driven Commercial Landscape Business Developer to grow our commercial client base. This boots-on-the-ground sales role rewards hustle, relationship-building, and strategic account development.

You will identify new accounts, present tailored proposals, collaborate with operations, and own your territory with uncapped commissions and full benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in commercial landscaping or related outdoor services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a competitive environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new commercial landscape accounts through networking, prospecting, and cold calling.
• Develop strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Build long-term partnerships with property managers, developers, GCs, HOA boards, and owners.
• Conduct in-person site visits to assess needs and craft customized proposals.
• Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure top-notch service delivery.
• Represent Russell Landscape professionally at meetings and client events, maintaining CRM activity.
