Job summary

United Communications in Middle Tennessee is looking for a Residential Connectivity Consultant to walk neighborhoods and prospect new residential customers within Bedford, Franklin, Giles, Lawrence, Lincoln, Marshall, Maury, Moore, and Wilson counties. You will present internet and phone solutions at doors, in homes, or at local events, building trust and identifying needs.

This door-to-door role features a monthly quota, a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions, a 40+ hour work week

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Comfortable with door-to-door cold calling.
• Able to use laptop, tablet, and mobile phone.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong relationship-building and time management.

Responsibilities

• Assess prospects' needs and qualify them for internet/phone services.
• Conduct door-to-door outreach and follow up via email/text.
• Build knowledge of the territory and community relationships.
• Present United Communications solutions and close sales.
• Manage territory coverage and sales pipeline.
• Represent the company at local events.
• Attend events including evenings and weekends.
