Job summary

ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages, LLC is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to oversee the effective and efficient distribution of product and manage drivers within a specific territory. The schedule is 4:00am to 1:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

You will staff, train, and develop team members, enforce Coca-Cola quality standards, maintain customer relationships, and manage labor and operating budgets while ensuring safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in consumer products/direct store delivery.
• Experience managing people and budgets.
• Experience supervising distribution/delivery staff a plus.
• Basic computer and database skills; DOT regulations familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee distribution of product and manage drivers within a territory.
• Staff, train, evaluate, and develop team members.
• Enforce Coca-Cola quality standards with reports.
• Ensure adherence to delivery standards, efficiencies, and regulations.
• Manage driver schedules and hours; monitor timekeeping.
• Maintain customer relationships and act as liaison between distribution and sales.
• Manage within labor and operating expenses budget.
• Complete health and safety trainings and participate in hazard mitigation.
