Job summary

ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages, LLC is seeking a distribution supervisor to oversee product distribution and manage drivers within a defined territory. You will lead staffing, training, and development, ensuring adherence to Coca-Cola quality standards and delivery efficiencies.

The role requires 1–3 years in consumer products/DSD, experience managing people and budgets, and knowledge of DOT regulations. A valid driver's license, CDL preferred, and strong computer skills are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years' experience in consumer products/direct store delivery.
• Requires experience managing people/budgets.
• 1+ years supervising distribution/delivery staff preferred.
• Intermediate computer and database skills.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations.
• Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
• CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staff, train, evaluate, and develop team members.
• Train direct reports (including drivers), in how to rotate product, credit product, and driving techniques to minimize breakage, damage and loss.
• Must understand and enforce Coca-Cola quality standards with direct reports.
• Ensure adherence to delivery standards, efficiencies, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage drivers; delivery schedules and hours worked.
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, resolving issues.
• Serve as liaison between distribution and sales.
• Audit team members' timekeeping.
• Manage within labor and OPEX budgets.
• Follow Safety, Health, Environment and Quality procedures and policies.
• Participate in Hazard Mitigation.
• Complete Health & Safety trainings.

Summary

Responsible for the effective and efficient distribution of product and management of drivers within a specfic territory.

Responsibilities

• Staff, train, evaluate, and develop team members.
• Accountable for training direct reports (including drivers), in how to properly rotate product, credit product in the trade, and effective driving techniques to minimize BD&L (breakage, damage, and loss) (included in that number is aging product)
• Must fully understand the quality standards established by the Coca-Cola Company and enforce those with their direct reports
• Ensure adherence to delivery standards, efficiencies, and regulatory requirements.
• Managedrivers; delivery schedule and hours worked.
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, resolving customer issues.
• Serve as liaison between distribution and sales.
• Manage and audit team member's timekeeping.
• Manage within labor and OPEX budget.
• Follow established company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures and policies.
• Actively participate in Hazard Mitigation.
• Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings.
