Job summary

Advanced Dental Laboratory Corp is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in our territory. You will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals while managing client relationships, reporting outcomes, and negotiating terms.

The ideal candidate brings an outgoing personality, excellent negotiation and customer service skills, and a strong desire to achieve sales targets. Flexible work-from-home options are available to support field activities and appointments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Dental industry experience is a big plus.
• Previous outside sales experience required.
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory.
• Meet or exceed designated sales targets.
• Create and implement an effective sales strategy.
• Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in CRM programs.
• Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales.
