Job summary

Natera is seeking a Regional Customer Support Specialist (Territory Manager) to support oncology testing and patient care. The role collaborates with medical professionals, patients, and sales teams to ensure a smooth order flow and rapid reporting of results.

The candidate will manage inquiries, maintain PHI privacy, and escalate resolutions while using Salesforce and other systems to access patient data and update records. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Two year degree and/or 2-5 years of related experience; undergraduate degree preferred.
• HIPAA/PHI privacy, policies, procedures and security training within 30 days of hire.
• Experience in customer service with ability to de-escalate and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to internal and external customer inquiries.
• Lead contact for accounts and Sales; document interactions and follow ups.
• Build rapport with accounts, patients and Sales to resolve missing information quickly.
• Communicate delays and cancellations and facilitate redraw of samples as needed.
• Research and resolve escalated issues via phone and electronic channels.
