Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Access to a personal vehicle.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory/management experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to undergo a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team leaders and cleaners to maintain cleanliness of client buildings.
• Enforce company policies while delivering excellent customer service.
• Follow standards for training, cost control, quality, safety and on-time service.
• Lead hands-on projects on customer sites and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain safety materials and SDS sheets in accounts.
• Provide CRM-based nightly activity reports and monitor hours.
