Job summary

Cleantec is seeking a Custodial Territory Supervisor to lead on-site cleaning teams and uphold cleanliness standards across designated accounts in Central New York. The role combines hands-on leadership with operational oversight to ensure timely, quality service.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, enforcing policies, coordinating training, and reporting performance. The position offers second and evening shifts with hourly wages starting at $23 and potential up to $25, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• Ability to supervise and mentor team members.
• Valid driver's license and access to personal vehicle.
• Willingness to pass drug test and background check.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervision: guide team leaders and cleaners to maintain cleanliness and functionality.
• Mission Keeper: uphold the company's mission and deliver exceptional service.
• Operational Excellence: follow standards for training, cost control, quality, safety, and on-time service.
• Hands-On Leadership: perform tasks when needed to ensure project completion.
• Customer Focus: prioritize satisfaction and maintain positive employee relations.
• Team Building: collaborate with area manager to grow a capable team.
• Training: schedule new hire training with management-approved personnel.
• Performance Evaluation: conduct annual reviews with measurable goals.
• Employee Management: report attendance, write-ups, and disciplinary actions.
• Budget Management: maintain budgeted hours for accounts.
• Safety: keep SDS sheets up-to-date.
• Inventory: maintain cleaning supplies at each building.
• Equipment Maintenance: troubleshoot and maintain cleaning equipment.
• Quality Control/Reporting: inspect buildings and report issues; provide nightly activity reports.
• Flexibility: perform other duties as requested.
• Time Management: verify hours and adjust daily by 10 am.
