Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Territory Coverage Associate to ensure in-store execution across the Texas territory. You’ll support Merchandisers and Order Writers, uphold brand standards, and drive consistent coverage in alignment with company expectations.

This hands-on role requires lifting and moving product, flexible weekend availability, and travel within markets. Mondelēz provides a company vehicle, gas card, and a comprehensive benefits package while offering growth opportunities

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a valid US driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in retail or consumer goods.
• Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
• Flexible schedule including weekends; ability to travel.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs (50 lbs occasionally).
• Mondelez International offers a company vehicle with gas card.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelez in stores with professionalism and execution excellence while supporting Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
• Serve as a trusted field partner delivering strong customer service to store teams and reinforcing Mondelez’s standards.
• Execute daily coverage by completing store visits using Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence; capture display photos and document execution through DMI & Sales force.
• Implement promotional displays ensuring RTM‑negotiated plans and maintain strong brand visibility.
• Follow assigned schedules set by the DM or RTM to ensure efficient territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions, new product launches, and high-visibility promotional events.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support smooth execution.
• Support capability building by onboarding new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
