Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to drive in-store execution and reliable coverage across the district. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, maintain brand standards, and ensure alignment with company expectations in a fast-paced retail landscape.

The role requires travel across markets, a flexible weekend schedule, and a proactive approach to onboarding new team members. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are essential.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license in the resident state.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends.
• Ability to travel across assigned markets.
• Physical activities required: lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally more.
• Company vehicle provided (gas card and maintenance program).

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence.
• Serve as a trusted field partner delivering strong customer service to store teams.
• Execute daily coverage by visiting stores and documenting execution per standards.
• Implement promotional displays and maintain visibility of brands.
• Follow schedules set by DM or RTM for efficient territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel for smooth execution.
• Support onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability.
• Develop leadership skills for future management roles.
