Atalnt Llc in San Diego County is seeking a Commercial Tire Sales Representative to grow commercial tire sales. You will build relationships with fleet operators, trucking companies, construction firms, and municipalities while managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in B2B outside sales, a track record of winning new business, strong negotiation skills, and experience with CRM and MS Office. Valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Proven success developing new business and growing existing accounts.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
• Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new commercial accounts throughout the assigned territory.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, customer meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closing sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet managers, business owners, and key decision-makers.
• Recommend commercial tire, retread, and fleet service solutions based on customer needs.
• Grow existing accounts through regular customer visits and exceptional service.
• Partner with branch operations and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, customer information, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
