Job summary

Direct Sales Recruiting, LLC is assisting a global leader in medical aesthetics to recruit a Territory Capital Sales Manager for the Boston area. You will drive new business development in dermatology and plastic surgery practices, acting as a SME on product indications and usage while building partnerships with physicians to promote procedural volume.

The role demands proven B2B sales success, the ability to hunt and close deals, and comfort presenting to physicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
• Min. 2+ years of B2B Sales experience within Capital Equipment Sales required.
• Backgrounds can be any type of sales within skincare, lasers, dental, etc.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed sales quotas within assigned territory.
• Support new business development with your territory.
• Identify upselling opportunities and generate cross-sell referrals.
• Act as a SME on product indications, benefits and usage.
• Partner with providers to optimize business outcomes and promote procedural volume.
• Manage sales contracts, pricing quotes, and promotional tools.
• Monitor territory pipeline, forecast trends, and track performance metrics.
• Attend trainings, tradeshows and present product demos.
